The Senior HRIS Analyst The Senior HRIS Analyst is primarily responsible for evaluating, analyzing and maintaining BOK Financial HR, Payroll, Performance, Recruiting and Time systems. The HRIS Analyst will support all system users, provides ad hoc reports as needed.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Reviews and understands the organization’s internal business needs related to the HR system (likely, through the eyes of the HR CoE responsible for the process the system enables). Makes recommendations and works diligently with partners (IT, Corp Comm, HR team) to provide solutions to meet these system needs, Document processes for administrators and end users. Trouble shoots and logs issues with service providers, follows up, tests and implements resolutions.
  2. Write, maintain and support a variety of complex reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Develop standard and ad hoc reports for ongoing customer needs. Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Assists with internal and external auditor inquiries and resolution of any issues encountered.
  3. Provides day-to-day support for the operation of the HRIS and Performance system. Responds to DSRs and IT Helpdesk Tickets with appropriate sense of urgency, resolves and closes all requests. Responsible for role based user security and ensuring appropriate user access to all systems.
  4. Participates in special projects and stretch assignment as appropriate. Also participates in local activities such as User Groups and Information Sessions.
  5. Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes to appropriate management. Serves as liaison with stakeholders such as ERC Manager, IT, Payroll and Benefits Manger. Uses project management skills in managing projects.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
  • Bachelor degree in Business, HR or a technology related discipline with 4 – 6 years of related HR or systems experience.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resource/Payroll systems.
  • Understanding of HR concepts and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient PC skills including MS Office Suite with intermediate Excel required which includes vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Good understanding of leading-edge technologies industry
  • Able to work under pressure, cope well with changing priorities and effectively manage multiple projects
  • Must be able to work independently or collaboratively and cooperative in a team environment
  • Very well organized, high attention to detail, logical problem solving and must be able to maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Must have report writing experience using software such as Cognos.
