The Treasury Client Implementation Specialist II provides more efficient use of the Treasury Management Officer’s (TMO’s) time and sales skills while creating a transparent client experience. Responsible for making joint calls with TMO’s and individual customer calls to provide for complete and accurate implementation of services; provide client training and transition to CCS through coordination and meetings with the Client; communicates status of project with external Client, Relationship Manager (RM), TMO, Department Managers and Commercial Client Services Professional (CCSP); prepares, collects and verifies agreements are properly executed, completes setups and monitors to ensure setups are completed timely and accurately; ensures appropriate coding and pricing of analyzed services, and validates fees for services are being assessed accurately to ensure expected revenue stream. Acts as Subject Matter Expert for approximately 6 -8 cash management products.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Meets with clients/prospects and obtains information required for service implementation. Implements services sold to client/prospect; coordinates parties and chairs meetings with Client and appropriate levels of IT and Operations personnel, RMs, and TMO’s regarding product criteria and delivery method. Provides troubleshooting technical expertise on electronic banking products relative to versions of Java, Windows or Internet Explorer or client firewalls. Initiates ASRs and coordinates with Applications Support personnel for programming; submits coding with profitability to Account Analysis to ensure billing and subsequently verifies that fees are being assessed accordingly; preparation of agreements and ensures customers execute and return agreements; scans, indexes, performs quality control of image quality and content of forms and agreements.
  2. Communicates with Client, TMO, RMs and DMs on status of implementations and reviews service set ups and product information. Recommend potential process changes.
  3. Via Salesforce, monitor Implementation Market Queue, accept and process requests, update status throughout the implementation; managing SalesForce dashboard for errors and missing data; responsible for getting TMO back in loop when implementations are not moving forward.
  4. Finalizes transition from Sales to Service and complete overview of services. Ensures customer is receiving appropriate charges for services provided and training the customer on how to understand billing method and the account analysis statement.
  5. SME for cash management products; supports Implementation Specialists and customers; works with PMs to keep product documentation updated and complete.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
  • Thorough knowledge of all cash management products and services (product delivery systems including on-line, electronic bank products) as well as all other products offered through other areas of the Bank
  • Thorough knowledge of service requirements, implementation requirements, agreements and necessary distribution
  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of Bank operations as well as the Bank’s organizational structure
  • Strong PC and software application skills
  • Excellent organization, time management and planning skills
  • Excellent decision making, problem solving and team building skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related degree with 2-3 years Bank Operations/Customer Service experience (cash management experience of 2 or more years preferred); Or 8+ years equivalent banking related experience.
