Job Description

The Account Manager I is primarily responsible for partnering with the BOKFI team to execute core functions required to manage relationships with defined accounts.  Consults and services clients on a day-to-day basis.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will assist the employee benefits team to deliver superior services and support clients.  Our service standards are what set us apart from our competitors.
  • You will need technical skills to assist with data collection, technology implementation, systems testing and auditing plan documents.
  • You will need solid MS Office skills, including PowerPoint and Publisher to create employee benefit communication pieces in support of the open enrollment process.  This includes collecting carrier collateral and managing client delivery.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 year of experience; or 3 years equivalent work-related experience.

Applicable state insurance licenses required (Life and Health for Employee Benefits or Property and Casualty for Risk Management).


  • Strong working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, Publisher, Excel and Power Point
  • Proficient in the specified area of insurance coverages, compliance, competition, carrier appetite and product offerings
