The Client Service Consultant optimizes the client experience by acting as the point of first contact for all customer service, operational needs, questions and issues.  Understands BOKF products and services to ensure high quality service, delivery and response to internal and external customers, while partnering with all lines of business.  Responsible for being compliant with State and Federal regulations and internal policies and procedures.


  1. Customer Service: Optimizes the client experience by functioning in various customer service facing roles, based on business needs, and facilitates completion of various customer service request, by multi-tasking and responding to customer requests/inquiries in person, phone fax and email. Responsible for new client on-boarding, by partnering with Treasury Services and third party vendors; opening and closing accounts; initiating face-to-face wires and agreements; internal transfers; checks and debit card maintenance on commercial accounts; general research, including pulling statements, deposit inquiries, etc.; ordering background checks; gathering client information/documentation; escalating and following-up on issues.
  2. Operations: Plays a critical role in assisting BOKF with timely and accurate completion of operational tasks and transactions by ensuring controls are follows and daily, weekly and monthly logs are reports are completed. Responsible for settlements and reconciliations; preparing financial reports for management; providing client solutions through sales and product offerings.
  3. Coaching: Mentors, coaches and acts as a resource to employees and clients on products, services and the entire client experience.


  • Advanced knowledge of general banking principles and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, customer service, and problem solving skills.
  • Highly effective internal and external communications skills using all available communication methods.
  • Exceptional collaboration and teamwork approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple efforts in a growth-oriented environment, remaining focused on achieving successful outcomes.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding client and Bank information.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and internal Bank systems.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field and 1 – 3 years of banking experience, or equivalent experience of 7 – 9 years.
