Job Description

As part of a growing team responsible for delivering one of largest transformational technology initiatives at the bank, you will be responsible for the evolving our most complex systems to meet future business needs using empiricism and validated learning. You will use your extensive data and technical expertise to focus on data integrations into and out of the Salesforce FSC platform, demonstrating an understanding of technical problems and solutions as you drive the evolution of our technical architecture.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will work directly with all scrum team members to facilitate conversations, confirm understanding, test code, and provide fast feedback.
  • You will work directly with all scrum team members to ensure stories are completed with the highest quality and the team achieves the sprint goal.
  • You will work with product owners to understand new integration opportunities for data coming into or out of the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • You will work with core loan system subject matter experts to deeply understand data models and define transformation logic.
  • You will use ad-hoc SQL querying and other prototyping methods to confirm data assumptions and business rules are correct.
  • You will use your analytical and deductive reasoning skills to determine root cause of defects in ETL code and develop solutions.
  • You will use your creativity to develop integration and data flow diagrams to illustrate technical concepts to business stakeholders and team members.
  • You will help configure and support our Salesforce org as a Salesforce and nCino Admin.
  • You will utilize your vast knowledge of troubleshooting to take on incidents by participating in periodic on call rotations.
  • You will help mentor junior analysts as you are the most knowledgeable in your space.
  • You will apply your deep understanding of lean and agile principles to continuously improve our understanding, our products and our team.
  • You will flex to do whatever is needed to help the team achieve the sprint and product goal.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of (a/an) ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field of study and ­­/ or 5-7 years of directly related experience in ­­­­­­­­­­­­­Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, or Bank Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•    Software integration, system integration, and technology used
•    Strong data analysis and profiling abilities using SQL
•    Familiarity with data integration design patterns (API, streaming, enterprise job schedulers, batch)
•    Dashboards and Reporting Experience (Salesforce and PowerBI, preferred)
•    Salesforce Admin (preferred)
•    RDBMS principles and tools
•    Tiered environments (e.g. development, testing, UAT, production, DR)
•    Quality / Testing Methodologies and tools
•    Lean and Agile methodologies (preferred)
•    Ability to effectively plan time, method, manner and sequence of own work assignments
•    Oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and BOKF
•    Demonstrated ability to establish and build healthy working partnerships with clients, vendors and peers.
