The ExpressBank Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of initiatives that contribute to the operational achievements in ExpressBank.  This includes researching and producing recommended procedural changes impacting the client and employee experience. This role requires effective communication to interact with multiple business partners across several lines of business to understand tactics and develop correspondence that will be delivered to ExpressBank and/or across multiple lines of business. This individual will monitor risk adherence procedures and maintain reporting requirements within ExpressBank’s SharePoint site. They will be considered the administrative central point of contact in ExpressBank.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Communicate key objectives related to changes in products, processes and technology utilized in ExpressBank to corresponding teams. Works closely with Change Manager, various ExpressBank business partners, quality assurance, and escalations team to understand how changes will impact daily operations. Translate complex data into consumable context deliverable to front line users.
  2. Provide time sensitive communication to the ExpressBank team via SharePoint, Jabber, and email regarding issues that impact call volume. Assists in preparing weekly communications regarding topics that impact ExpressBank.
  3. Research comments submitted by end-users regarding reference tool (KnowledgeBank) content. Communicate content edits to resource administrator or clarity of resource content to submitter/submitter’s manager.
  4. Perform routine audits of specified Risk Management controls related to ExpressBank. Maintain required reporting of Risk Reviews in the assigned SharePoint library.
  5. Fulfill administrative requirements for ExpressBank. Maintain team lists, order office/telephony supplies, code invoices for accounts payable, complete ASR/FSR requests, monitor and approve assigned system access requests, ensure new employees have appropriate access to required systems, and other administrative functions as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in a technical or policy driven environment
  • Ability to interpret complex ideas and translate into user friendly actionable steps
  • Advanced knowledge of consumer banking products and solutions
  • Working knowledge of contact center operations and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to solve very complex reconciliation problems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional manner
  • Possess a solutions-oriented philosophy towards problem resolution with a focus on improving client and employee engagement
  • Detail oriented with advanced PC and software application skills; includes the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and other applications used in Expressbank
  • Must display the ability to be flexible in a dynamic business environment and have a proven track record of high productivity coupled with high accuracy

 This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience or 3-5 years of equivalent work related experience.
