The IT Asset Management Program Manager will operate in a highly-collaborative, cross-organizational team environment to lead and execute BOKF’s ITAM program. The ITAM Program Manager is responsible to envision, develop, cultivate, and execute a multi-year ITAM roadmap in concert with leaders across the Information Technology, Information Security, and Lines of Business. This individual will develop and oversee asset management life cycle processes for IT hardware and software assets throughout the organization. This individual provides cross-functional leadership and insight regarding ITAM objectives throughout all regional areas and locations.

  1. ITAM Vision, Strategy and Multi-Year Roadmap: The ITAM Program Manager acts as BOKF’s transformational thought leader to develop and manage an ITAM program, collecting IT asset data to enhance operations, improve efficiency, manage costs, and develop budgets. In concert with senior leaders, develop an ITAM vision for BOKF to include a strategy and a multi-year roadmap that encompasses processes and tools and ultimately integrates contractual and financial data to manage inventory and total cost of ownership. Organize and lead a cross-organizational ITAM Governance structure to develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures for BOK Financial in support of ITAM objectives. Interact with IT, LOB and Provisioning personnel to ensure ITAM processes effectively integrate cross-functional procedures to seamlessly track assets.

  • This individual must be capable of developing and leading a highly-collaborative, cross-functional team environment to develop and execute a multi-year ITSM plan.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in IT asset management at an enterprise-wide level.
  • Extensive knowledge of asset management policies, procedures, and concepts.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise inventories, including techniques such as scanning, ongoing electronic inventory tracking.
  • Knowledge of technical systems and data requirements associated with asset management and enterprise configuration management databases.
  • Familiar with major service management platforms, including CMDB configuration, CI management, and ITAM Cloud/SaaS tools.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) methodology.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline with a focus on information technology; 15 years of experience in the information technology field with 8 years of asset management, procurement, workstation support, or other related experience. Prior experience in financial services industry is preferred. Preference: ITIL or ITAM certification.
