Job Description

The Senior Quality Improvement Analyst is responsible for supporting key strategic transformation efforts focused on improving the operating and financial performance of the Consumer Bank with the goal of continuously improving operating efficiency and efficacy while also reducing operating and regulatory risk. This position assists with complex projects including owning the development and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators and Key Performance Indicators to determine Quality Operating Health, while also assisting with multiple other significant projects that have a transformational impact on the Consumer division.

This Senior Quality Improvement Analyst reports directly to the Director of Improvement Operations who is a direct report of the Chief Operating Officer of Consumer Banking.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field of study and ­­10+ years of directly related experience in ­­­­­­­­­­­­­a continuous improvement work environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
