Job Description

The Talent Development and Learning Consultant I is responsible for supporting the Talent and Organizational Development Department in all learning and development efforts.  They will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of learning both in-person and online. They will support team strategies in the areas of talent development, talent planning and the delivery of learning assessments. Additionally, the Consultant owns the T&OD Department’s learning catalog and procedures through our LMS Platform to ensure the ideal learner experience. Specifically, they will lead in the data management and reporting of learning events, talent planning activities, and other TOD initiatives in Success Factors and other HRIS software platforms.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will facilitate a select group of in-person and online courses for individual contributors.
  • You will serve as the T&OD Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator.
  • You will develop and deliver monthly reporting to key stakeholders around digital learning, in-person learning, and TOD dashboard measurements. 
  • You will configure and analyze departmental reports, 360s, learning assessments, profiles, and other administrative support functions.
  • You will provide support in planning classroom learning event logistics and managing supporting vendors.
  • You will own the team inbox and respond to inquiries about formal learning.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of human resources, talent identification, talent development and/or talent management experience or 8 + years of relevant experience.
