Job Description
The Senior Budgeting and Forecasting Analyst supports the management of all Financial Planning and Analysis related activities of BOK Financial Corporation. Responsibilities include advanced financial modeling and analytics in support of forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and may support various other areas of finance throughout the Bank. This role reports to the Strategic and Corporate Planning Manager.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting to ensure accurate and timely data submission across business units.
- You will maintain data integrity and consistency throughout all forecasts and budgets.
- You will develop and optimize planning models with driver-based calculations, allocations, and validations.
- You will design and manage input forms, dashboards, and reporting solutions for executives and stakeholders.
- You will oversee workflows and approval processes within the planning application for efficiency and compliance.
- You will produce structured and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and report books using planning tools and Excel.
- You will perform advanced financial analysis and modeling to support FP&A activities and strategic planning.
- You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, deliver insights, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or Economics, and 5 years of work experience.
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation preferred.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of financial modeling and familiarity with the advanced functions in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced knowledge of banking and the financial services industry
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and application of financial concepts including NPV, IRR, financial valuation and risk measurement; and familiarity with option valuation and return characteristics
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Planning, R, and SQL preferred.
- Working knowledge of financial markets and instruments, specifically fixed-income investments
- Working knowledge of macroeconomics
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of the principles and application of statistics
- Solid interpersonal skills including proficient oral and written communication skills with the ability to prepare concise executive reports for senior management and to deliver persuasive oral and written arguments to senior management
- Superior organizational skills
- Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple assignments
