Job Description

The Group Solution Center Leader (GSCL) is responsible for leading and developing a team of employees assigned to multiple solution center locations to ensure the total team achieves a number of key performance and client experience goals. The GSCL directly leads the coaching and development efforts for each team member across the multi-site responsibility.  The GSCL must balance an in-person and digital presence to ensure success of the solution center.  The GSCL, with multi-site responsibility, must excel in the use of digital platforms for coaching and communication, including the use of digital meeting platforms.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You’ll promote staff development through the effective use of skill builds, one-on-one coaching, observational coaching, team meetings, and other key behavioral protocols, ensuring a documented career plan is in place for all teammates.
  • You’ll lead, plan, and execute the daily activities of team members to drive revenue and customer loyalty through observation and consultative client interactions.
  • You’ll assess and effectively manage all of the operational risks associated with the business objectives.
  • You’ll help our clients reach their financial goals by solving unique, sometimes complex problems.
  • You’ll develop and strengthen partner relationships inside and outside of the bank to grow business development.
  • You’ll collaborate with your peers throughout our footprint, providing best practices, strategic planning, leading project committees, and networking.  
  • You’ll represent BOK Financial and the brand in the community in one or more active community development or service programs, to further enhance its image and to develop additional business.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field and 5-7 years of experience in a management/supervisory capacity in a financial institution, or 8-10 years of equivalent experience.  Experience managing multiple branch locations is preferred.
