Job Description

The Account Executive III, serves as client service lead for complex, multi-site clients including strategic planning responsibilities.  This position is expected to consistently provide leadership, excellent customer service to ensure that client expectations and goals are consistently met.  Promotes profitability of company through maintaining acceptable level of client retention and growth of existing business and procurement of new business.  Must meet productivity standards, effectively manage time, and prioritize work effectively.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Provide direction, technical coverage, knowledge and relationship development to high value client clients, both independently and with a Business Developer
  • Focus on renewal retention strategy, marketing and placement of existing and new accounts
  • Visit with clients virtually and in person both independently and with a Business Developer
  • Drive marketing efforts on existing and new business accounts
  • Work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment 
  • Aid in new business meetings/discussions and marketing efforts as requested by Consultants
  • Provide guidance and answer coverage/process questions for Account Managers and other team members as necessary
  • Review and approve final proposals to client with subsequent management of binding coverage
  • Maintain and develop current market products and intel on market conditions, for dissemination to other team members and/or Business Developers

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years’ experience in a property and casualty insurance environment.
