Job Description

The Account Manager II is to be the primary contact on day to day client service, for specific matters.  The Account Manager will maintain and manage an existing book of clients, assist in developing new client business and respond to the requests and needs of the clients, producers and management. The Account Manager will provide day to day support to Sr. Account Manager and/or Account Executive positions.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will represent BOKFI in the marketplace by establishing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
  • You will partner with the BOKFI team to support renewal and new business initiatives. 
  • You will review and deliver endorsements, audits, cancellations, non-renewals and other applicable deliverables.
  • You will send and review renewal exposure information with updates from clients and follow- up for subjectivities.
  • You will take initial claim reports and assist clients in resolving any related issues involving the claim. 

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through 5-7 years equivalent work-related experience in property and casualty insurance. A bachelor's degree and/or insurance designation is preferred.

  • Strong working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with Applied EPIC or similar agency management system required. 
  • Insurance designation or desire to pursue designation and continuing education.
  • Arizona Property and Casualty License required
  • Minimum five years in Commercial Lines Property and Casualty business
