Job Description
The Treasury Senior Product Manager position develops, implements, and manages a group of commercial business products and services for the purpose of delivering value to BOKF customers, expanding the size of customer relationships and increasing the revenue of the Bank.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You'll work with your assigned line(s) of business leaders to understand and prioritize their goals and needs for commercial fee-based services sold by Treasury. You'll work collaboratively with project stakeholders, end-users and business technologists to implement a project plan.
- Utilizing project methodology, you'll interview users, observe day-to-day operations, and review of procedures and system documentation. You'll write detailed test scripts (maintaining them in Quality Center) and execute them as part of User Acceptance Testing.
- You will contribute to contract negotiation with third parties when selecting technology and/or product solutions.
- You'll coordinate activities and changes with IT, Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Product Integration, operations, end-users and third-party service providers.
- You'll act as the system subject matter expert for the product and provide support internally to staff with questions. You will be the primary point of contact when there are critical issues experienced with the product.
Education & Experience Requirements
Required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and a minimum of 7+ years in product management; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing principles including product management, development and positioning
- Extensive knowledge of small to large corporate business cash management products and services in area of responsibility
- Advanced time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills to effectively manage projects in a fast-paced, high volume and deadline intensive environment
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills including database analysis, spreadsheet analysis, advertising and research
- Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of bank operations and systems
