The Treasury Management Officer II responsibilities include prospecting, marketing, selling, cross-selling, and implementing the Bank’s commercial depository services and cash management products to customers and prospects; acts as a liaison between customers and Bank’s service departments to support sales implementation and service issues; manages customer relationships to ensure all needs are addressed; impact market share and success in the market.




  • Establishes, builds, manages and maintains professional banking relationships with clients/prospects which utilize depository/cash management services.
  • Develops and executes sales presentations for customers/prospects including cost/benefit analyses; service and fee comparisons, written proposals, and profitability analysis.
  • Plans, implements, and evaluates product and service sales to customers, prospects, coordinates with various areas of the Bank which provide various services.
  • Cross sells all Bank products and services; refers customer/prospects to the appropriate division/department; monitors and ensures appropriate follow up.
  • Prepares and provides sales/service management tools for management including call plans, call reports, sales reports, and profitability and market analyses.
  • Prepares and recommends customer, market, product, and pricing strategies to ensure that objectives are met with respect to market share and profitability goals.
  • Coordinates service support for resolution of customer problems/complaints with depository/cash management services; communicates resolutions to customers; handles more complex DDA/Deposit processing problems which reoccur or are of magnitude which affect customer relationships.




  • Excellent knowledge of product delivery systems and on-line computer systems.
  • Thorough  knowledge of banking and cash management products.
  • Excellent knowledge of Bank operations.
  • Good PC and software application skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Specialized cash management training; Certified Cash Management (CCM)/Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.


This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years experience in cash management product sales.
