About the Role

In this client-centric role, you’ll manage complex investment portfolios primarily for fiduciary (irrevocable and revocable trust) accounts for high net worth individuals/families. You will play a key role in new business development and be a source of new account growth.

You will be front and center with clients, CPAs, tax attorneys, estate attorneys, and others to provide insight on the impact of portfolio decisions in these areas. Our investment management team provides an open architecture approach based upon the guidance list of strategies overseen and approved by the BOKF investment process (mutual funds, ETF’s, SMA’s, alternative investments, etc.).

What You Can Expect

Every client and portfolio are unique. Your ability to build relationships with coworkers and clients is instrumental to your success. You’ll collaborate with Trust Officers, Private Wealth Bankers, Wealth Advisors, and other Investment Managers. You’ll go on sales calls, bring in referrals, create a direct relationship with the client, and maintain communication. While you’re not responsible for new business development, you will be responsible for hitting your revenue target and partnering with the advisor who brings in the business.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You’ll communicate with new and existing clients and administrators regarding their accounts, securities markets, and economic conditions.
  • You’ll prepare presentations for your client and prospect meetings.
  • You’ll provide support for security transactions, analyze portfolios, provide research reports, work on special projects, prepare reports for senior investment managers, and keep us compliant.
  • You’ll keep up-to-date on trends in portfolio management and capital markets.
  • You’ll consult with clients to develop investment objectives and review accounts and assets regularly and manage their investment return.

PORTFOLIO MANAGMEENT: You have experience in managing complex fiduciary investment portfolios.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study and ­­6-8 years of directly related experience in ­­­­­­­­­­­­investments or 12-14 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
