Job Description
The Mineral Management Operations Specialist is responsible for providing support to all Mineral Management Operations and Specialty Asset Management personnel; coordinates and assists in various special projects; maintains internal control over off-site retention by recording, processing, shipping and retrieving account files to (or from) storage; researches information in folders, or other election retention media as requested; orders, sorts and distributes various reports; organizes and manages file shelf space; makes recommendations to appropriate management personnel concerning file retention or deconstruction pursuant to Company policy; the organization, light filing, and maintenance of sensitive and confidential documents, correspondence and reports; requests service for copiers, fax machine, printers and other electronic devices.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will scan and index Joint Interest Billing invoices to our SharePoint site upon receiving them electronically and through the mail.
- You’ll follow strict timelines and use tickler systems so that all work is completed on time.
- You will collect, upload, and track certificates of liability insurance to ensure the client is in good standing at all times. This includes reaching out to clients directly for renewed or new certificates.
- You’ll maintain strong time management and organization skills in order to meet monthly goals.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of college accounting or computer science classes or 2-3 years’ equivalent work related experience.
