Job Description

The Real Estate Operations Specialist I is primarily responsible for asset related data entry, including: asset setup, maintenance and takedown on department database; process revenue and expenses in batch form and balance each batch and retrieve an edit validation report; pay close attention to detail and meet daily deadlines.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will input data from coded invoices for payment and coded revenue checks for deposit relating to real estate assets
• You will process and review all monetary and maintenance transactions including set up, loan payments, advances, payoffs and takedown.
• You will verify detailed data entry for accuracy and completeness; retrieve balance reports and edit validation reports

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate’s Degree or 3 years equivalent work related experience in data entry or basic accounting service.  Basic knowledge of FIS and PetroData system preferred.
