You place great value in building strong relationships. You’ve been told you’re a “people person”. You find satisfaction in helping others and offering sound advice. As a self-starter, you enjoy working independently in part of a well-structured, team environment.  You make the most out of every opportunity. This is your chance to bring all of your knowledge, skills and abilities to us as an Account Manager I for BOK Financial Insurance.

About the Role

In order for our clients to stay competitive, attract top talent and retain quality employees, they need to offer a benefits package that supports the diverse needs of their workforce and give employees more control over their benefits. That’s where we come in. We design multi-year benefits programs for employers that have anywhere from 75 to 5,000 employees. Each program is tailored to fit the clients’ needs and the diverse needs of all four generations in the workforce (Boomers, Gen X, Millennial, and Gen Z).

Our teams lead with a consultative approach and an in-depth knowledge of the market. We stay current on industry trends and are committed to continuous learning to provide the most up-to-date resources, insights, and perspectives.

What You Can Expect

As an Account Manager I, you’ll help support the account team to ensure our insurance clients’ needs are being met daily.  Successful delivery of the overall client service experience includes providing ongoing claims, billing and eligibility support, and developing employee education materials.

You’ll also be responsible for coordinating plan implementation deliverables like applications, transition of care, ID cards, contract delivery, and administrative portal training.

This is an excellent jumping-off point in the insurance organization where you can learn the in’s and out’s of employee benefits to prepare for growth into more complex account management and account executive work.

When you join BOKFI, you’ll collaborate with a passionate and close-knit team of individuals who enjoy working together to achieve more.  We like to have fun, celebrate successes, and we have built a culture where we know we can rely on each other.

Serving our community is more than a commitment.  It’s our culture. We believe in giving back every day.   We support programs that encourage the charitable generosity and volunteer spirit of our employees.
