Job Description
The Account Manager III is primarily responsible for partnering with the BOKFI team to execute core functions required to manage the relationship with defined accounts. Services clients on a day to day basis. Directly consults the client in collaboration with the BOKFI team, and provides recommendations and guidance. Functions as part of a team on BOKFI’s key and complex accounts and must be able to work independently. The Account Manager III may manage smaller accounts on their own.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- Provides day-to-day service for clients which may include management of own accounts, as assigned
- Prepare and deliver pre-renewal documents.
- Review renewal exposure information / updates from client and follow-up for subjectivities.
- Sends new/renewal business submissions to market by time frames required and coordinate marketing efforts with the Account Executive. May include reviewing applications, submissions and quotes for accuracy and completeness.
- Reviews new and renewal quotes and policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations and non-renewals, etc. for accuracy and processes accordingly.
- Prepare summaries of insurance and/or proposals.
- Binds coverage and prepares and distributes required documents in coordination with the Account Executive.
- May attend client presentations on an as-needed basis
- May provide insurer rating system quotes as requested by Account Executive
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through 5-7 years equivalent work-related experience in property and casualty insurance. A bachelor's degree and/or insurance designation is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Applied EPIC or similar agency management system required.
- Insurance designation or desire to pursue designation and continuing education.
- Property and Casualty License required
