Job Description
The Senior Mortgage Finance Client Care Specialist is responsible for working directly with clients, Relationship Managers (RMS), Treasury Management Officers (TMOs), Portfolio Managers, legal counsel, and external stakeholders relating to Mortgage Finance client on-boarding, modifications and renewals. This role provides Mortgage Finance clients with high-touch, value added individualized support and ensuring all document requirements for Credit, Business Controls, Treasury Management and Commercial Services have been met.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will lead clients through on-boarding, renewal, and modification processes for Mortgage Warehouse Finance credit facilities.
- You will gather essential documentation for loan applications and related processes.
- You will provide advice and guidance on process requirements to clients.
- You will manage client expectations with clear communication and prompt follow-up.
- You will maintain open communication with internal teams (RM, TMO, Credit, Business Controls).
- You will collaborate with legal counsel to produce accurate credit agreements.
- You will follow bank policies and procedures, driving problem resolution and meeting performance benchmarks.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a High School Diploma and 7+ years of directly related experience in mortgage finance and/or commercial lending, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of commercial lending agreements and entity structures required.
- Extensive experience in using Salesforce, nCino and ProMerit preferred.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities, handle multiple tasks and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executive customer contacts.
- Persistent, self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage complex, uncertain, high-pressure situations and adapt to new and different circumstances.
- Ability to solve problems and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate and positively influence outcomes in a matrixed environment.
