Job Description

The FRM Middle Office Analyst supports the middle office processes for the business lines within the BOK Financial Risk Management group.  This role helps resolve trade-related issues, supports internal business partner inquiries and assists with documentation and workflow tasks.  The analyst will develop knowledge of FRM products, including FX transactions and derivative hedging products.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will support daily middle-office operations by monitoring queues, validating trades, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • You will coordinate with customers and internal partners to collect required onboarding documentation.
  • You will manage the workflow and tracking of onboarding documents throughout the process.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for the FX Advance customer portal.
  • You will troubleshoot routine access issues and provide system demonstrations for current and prospective users.
  • You will research and resolve straightforward trade or processing discrepancies in collaboration with trading, back‑office, and internal teams.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field preferred and 1-3 years of experience in financial services, trade support, operations or customer service preferred, but not required.

  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; willingness to learn more advanced functions.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good organizational skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn complex processes
  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a team
