Job Description

The Channel Manager, Branch & ATM Digital Media is the end-to-end marketing lifecycle owner of BOKF's branch digital signage and ATM screen media channels, serving as the strategic leader for platform management, content strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization.

This position combines strategic channel leadership with hands-on platform ownership and operational excellence. The Channel Manager owns the digital signage and ATM media platforms (configuration, roadmap, vendor relationships), develops and executes channel strategies that drive business objectives, creates and deploys targeted content, and serves as the primary liaison between marketing and branch/ATM operations. Success requires balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution, strong vendor management, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will develop and execute marketing strategies for branch digital signage and ATM media, defining channel vision, priorities, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • You will own and manage digital signage and ATM media platforms, including configuration, governance, vendor relationships, upgrades, and performance optimization.
  • You will lead content strategy and creation, producing and deploying engaging digital content tailored to branch and ATM contexts, ensuring compliance with brand, legal, and accessibility standards.
  • You will implement targeting and segmentation strategies, manage content libraries, and coordinate integrated campaigns with Marketing and Creative teams.
  • You will monitor and optimize performance, using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and analytics to improve engagement and effectiveness, and report results to leadership.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally, serving as the primary liaison between Marketing, Branch Operations, ATM Operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • You will manage budgets and resources, including platform licenses, production costs, and ROI analysis to demonstrate channel impact.
  • You will ensure compliance and brand consistency, implementing approval workflows and coordinating with Legal and Compliance on regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field and 3-5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, digital signage, out-of-home advertising, or related field and/or 7-10+ years of equivalent work experience with demonstrated success managing digital media channels and vendor relationships; or equivalent combination of education/experience.

  • Understanding of digital signage content management systems, ATM marketing platforms, and digital display technologies. Experience with platforms like Raydiant, ScreenCloud, NCR Atleos Marketing, or similar preferred.
  • Proficiency with design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar). Ability to create engaging visual content optimized for digital displays and ATM screens.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, targeting, and optimization. Ability to translate business objectives into channel strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience setting up and analyzing A/B tests. Ability to interpret engagement data and make data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate technical implementations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage content calendars, deployment schedules, and multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Comfortable with content management platforms, scheduling systems, and basic troubleshooting. Understanding of network connectivity and display technologies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups including Operations, IT, Marketing, and business units.
  • Understanding of advertising regulations, ADA requirements for self-service devices, and banking compliance for branch and ATM advertising.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present strategies and results to leadership and stakeholders.
