How You'll Spend Your Time
• You will utilize your system knowledge to provide a hands-on problem-solving approach with the team pertaining to support, maintenance, and enhancements of critical applications.
• You will leverage your leadership skills to bring the team together to accomplish goals, which include organizing priorities and delegating work assignments.
• You will tailor your communication skills to provide clear directions and feedback with the staff.
• You will apply your business acumen to help facilitate meetings and provide solutions to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• You will develop and maintain professional respected relationships with internal business, IT, and vendor partners.
• You will shape data integration strategy for the Wealth Management IT domain.
• You will collaborate by partnering with Product, Security, Architecture, Project Management, and Operations and Wealth Management business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• You will foster innovation by being a champion of continuous learning and operational excellence, influencing within the team and beyond.
• You will drive initiatives by leading discoveries, design, and implementation of projects and collaborating across teams to achieve results.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field and 7-10 years of directly related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
