How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will partner with Product Managers to lead discovery and analysis for complex Exchange initiatives, defining outcomes, scope, dependencies, risks, and success measures.
  • You will translate client and business needs into actionable epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and nonfunctional requirements.
  • You will shape end-to-end solutions across web, mobile, vendor, and enterprise integrations, balancing client experience, security, resiliency, supportability, and delivery constraints.
  • You will analyze application, process, and data flows to identify integration impacts, control gaps, failure scenarios, and operational-readiness needs before development begins.
  • You will guide refinement, testing, release readiness, monitoring, and production validation, using telemetry, client feedback, and incident trends to recommend improvements.
  • You will serve as a trusted Exchange subject-matter expert, coordinating across teams, influencing decisions, and mentoring analysts through reusable standards and practices.
  • You will champion AI-enabled delivery practices and contribute to agentic processes that improve speed, quality, traceability, and business value while maintaining appropriate human oversight.

  • Ability to evaluate business, client-experience, security, resiliency, operational, and technical trade-offs and clearly communicate a recommended path forward.
