Job Description

The Treasury Services Onboarding Specialist I provides technical and operational support for Treasury Onboarding Specialists, Treasury Client Service Prof, Treasury Sales Associate, Treasury Management Officers, Treasury Product Managers, and other internal clients. Ensures accurate and timely system implementation for Treasury products such as Exchange/DBIQ, ITMS, Business Invoicing(remove), Business Bill Payment, all types of sweeps, ICS, ZBA, ERD and other products while also being responsible for the accurate billing of over $115 million annually in Account Analysis fees.  Acts as coordinator and consultant for internal clients on various types of product setups.  Provides tier two technical support, partnering with Treasury Services Onboarding Supervisor, Specialist II and III and other internal departments to solve product issues.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will ensure accurate documentation, setup, and implementation of customer Treasury products, including billing through Account Analysis.
  • You will provide tier-two support for complex Treasury products and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
  • You will analyze interconnected systems to resolve issues and maintain product functionality.
  • You will communicate and train internal stakeholders and external vendors on proper setup, billing, and functionality of Treasury products.
  • You will assist senior specialists and supervisors in identifying departmental improvement opportunities.
  • You will support Treasury Services during conversions and upgrades by completing cleanup projects.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree and 1-2 years experience in a bank operations environment; or 6-8 years of equivalent work related experience in a technical environment preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of Treasury Services products including Exchange/DBIQ, ITMS, Business Invoicing-remove, Business Bill Payment, all types of sweeps, ICS, ZBA, ERD, and Weiland.Technical background including online relational database, storage, and systems administration.

  • Problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze problems with interconnected applications.
  • Ability to understand operating systems best practices and standards.
  • Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.  Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while still maintaining high quality work.
  • Interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of bank operations and systems
  • Excellent PC, software application skills, and on-line computers systems knowledge
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and timeliness
