About the Role

As a Client Service Associate II, you'll work with our officers and high-net-worth clients to provide a high level of support across all of our private wealth delivery platforms. Our clients, officers, and vendors will rely on your expertise for advanced customer service and technical support. You'll have a direct impact on our client's day-to-day experience with the organization.

What You Can Expect

You'll collaborate with business partners to provide administrative and technical support through account maintenance and operational transactions. You will understand the client account system's ends and outs and serve as the liaison between advanced technical resolution teams and our clients. Every client and situation is unique, meaning you'll face new and exciting challenges each day.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You'll collaborate with internal business partners and our clients to perform account maintenance and complex problem resolution. You'll serve as a liaison between operational support and our clients.
  • You'll provide direct technical support to our Private Wealth officers in the opening and management of their client accounts. You'll interact daily with internal and external contacts to ensure all account activity is processing accurately and timely.
  • You'll provide general assistance in all aspects of account administration governance, specifically in accordance with tax and fiduciary law and applicable fiduciary accounting standards.
  • You'll use company systems and software to provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients.

BANKING ACUMEN: Your knowledge of investment products and services, laws, and regulations will be beneficial in solving problems and making recommendations to our clients.

COMMUNICATION: You'll need exceptional verbal and written communication to express yourself clearly and concisely to internal and external clients.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDER: You enjoy building relationships with internal and external clients.

INITIATIVE: You will need to identify what to do before being asked to do it and look at what's next to anticipate customer needs.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years' experience; or 8-9 years equivalent work-related experience.


FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, 66 or 99 securities licenses, if required.
