Job Description
The Client Service Specialist is primarily responsible for operational, administrative, and sales support to the Financial Consultants, who provide investment services to clients. Performs daily servicing activities, which involve documentation, information gathering, and compiling, works under general supervision. This position is to ensure all operational functions are processed efficiently with limited errors, putting the needs of the client first and providing exceptional service every single time.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will maintain current client accounts, update registrations, and set up new accounts.
- You will promptly answer emails and calls from the client. You will assist clients with a variety of tasks by leveraging resources and collaborating with peers and management.
- Organization is critical to success in this role. You will use an agile approach to your workday and prioritize multiple daily tasks.
- You will provide updates to the advisors and your managers on account statuses and requests. Follow through and follow up on tasks are imperative.
- You will partner with the team you support and become an extension of the advisors, which is critical for success.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field of study and 3-4 years of directly related experience in investment sales/operations or 5-7 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required: FINRA Series 7, Series 63 or Series 66
