About the Role

In this position, you will serve as the Bank's face and the go-to person for our clients. You will consult with the client and their employees to provide recommendations and guidance based on the impact the benefits package has on employees and their insurance coverage. It is your responsibility to manage the relationship as a whole with defined large accounts.

What You Can Expect

As an Account Manager III, you can expect to feel challenged daily. This is a fast-paced position, with many moving pieces, so you will find yourself on your toes with no one day being like the next. Although working as part of a team on BOKFI's key and complex accounts, you will primarily work independently.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will mentor and guide the risk management team to deliver superior services and support clients.  Our service standards are what set us apart from our competitors.
  • You will be responsible for managing the renewal timelines and client deliverables for a complex book of business and renewal submissions.
  • You will collaborate with the BOKFI team to identify new business opportunities.
  • You will build excellent relationships with carrier marketing representatives and underwriting partners.
  • You will be knowledgeable in local market conditions, including carrier appetites and coverage requirements.
  • You will maintain an internal client management database (EPIC).

INITIATIVE: You will need to identify what to do before being asked to do it and look at what's next to anticipate customer needs.

INSURANCE ACUMEN: Advance knowledge in the area of commercial property and casualty insurance, compliance, competition, carrier appetite and product offerings, is a strong preference. Applicable state Property and Casualty required or required to obtain within 30 days of hire. Insurance designations are preferred.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience; or 8-10 years equivalent work-related experience.
