Job Description

The Administrative Assistant I performs a basic administrative support, record keeping, and general administrative duties.  Assigned tasks are generally basic in nature requiring basic experience, skill, and knowledge of Bank’s policies and practices. Operates mostly independently and identifies administrative projects; performs usual coordination and follow-through; sets priorities and procedures for accomplishing work assignment.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You'll communicate as guided to internal and external customers by answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • You will process trust distributions
  • You will update addresses on bills, establish direct deposits and deposit checks within set timelines
  • You will collect budget and benefits statements annually
  • You will work with CPA and tax services to collect information for tax returns
  • You will assist Special Needs Trusts officers with expenses 
  • You'll be assigned routine responsibilities related to your department's function.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of high school and 1-4 years general office experience.
