Job Description

The IT Technician III, Client Services is an advanced position that provides timely technical assistance to in-office and remote BOK Financial workforce regarding various hardware and software applications, in addition to performing IT-related IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes) activities. This position performs network and telephony support-related activities, and interfaces with internal IT/IS and 3rd Party vendor personnel to resolve issues that impact end-users.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will configure, troubleshoot, install, repair, and resolve issues on various information technology hardware and software applications, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices, servers, printer/scanners/copiers, telephony, network, UPS, and audiovisual equipment.
  • You will manage IT hardware assets according to policy and established procedures.
  • You will lead the IT Client Service effort in moderately complex projects, deliverables, and tasks to support IT Client Services and cross-functional projects.
  • You will coordinate with 3rd party technical support vendors as required to drive problem resolution and manage contracting efforts to ensure network connectivity. You will also hold vendors accountable to respond and remediate problems or outages causing multiple user impact as necessary.
  • You will manage, track and record activities and work utilizing the ITSM platform and meet established service level objectives.
  • You will create and maintain support-related procedural, technical, and administrative documentation.
  • You will provide Tier 3 support by addressing more complex end-user issues and service requests.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in a technology field and/or 8+ years of related experience.   ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­



  • Strong technical background and understanding of various endpoint device operating systems and hardware interfaces.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, various other software applications, and the propensity to quickly understand and support new applications with minimum prior exposure.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of networking and telecommunications hardware and software.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and demonstrated patience and overall courteous behavior when interfacing with BOK Financial workforce.
  • Ability to travel and work after hours when required.
