Job Description

The Corporate Card Account Manager II is primarily responsible for partnering with the Corporate Card Client Experience Consultants, Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Officers (TMO’s) and Corporate Card Sales Specialist to develop relationship plans for existing and new Corporate Card clients after the onboarding process is completed.  They will manage existing and new Corporate Card clients, and work in a consultative manner, to identify opportunities to optimize customer relationships and drive portfolio growth through program utilization.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will build and maintain customer relationships by being responsive to requests from Program Administrators or Account Managers.
  • You will consult with customers on utilizing the Corporate Card Program to meet business needs and solve problems.
  • You will analyze clients' financial data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • You will monitor and analyze portfolio metrics, sharing insights with relevant teams.
  • You will serve as the primary contact for card-related initiatives and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • You will provide training, education, and troubleshooting support to ensure customer satisfaction and program adoption.

Education & Experience Requirements

The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related degree with 3 - 5 years of work related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Solid knowledge of Corporate Card products and services (product delivery systems including on-line, electronic bank products) as well as all other products offered through other areas of the Bank
  • Working knowledge of service requirements, implementation requirements, agreements and necessary distribution
  • Advanced understanding and knowledge of Bank and Vendor operations as well as the Bank’s organizational structure
  • Excellent organization, time management and planning skills
  • Excellent decision making, problem solving and team building skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel and Word experience
