Job Description

The Trust Officer IV is responsible for administering the largest and most important account relationships within the Private Bank, including the various forms of trusts and other account types typically associated with dynastic wealth management, including highly complex trusts, partnership structures, corporate and charitable entities. Works across all business lines to coordinate other financial professionals both internal and external in the delivery of comprehensive financial services to the client.  Provides administration of assigned accounts in accordance with governing instruments, tax and fiduciary law and accounting consistent with BOKF policies and regulatory guidelines.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will use your knowledge of trust administration to carry out instructions for complex trusts, and respond to internal and external inquiries around trust documents.
  • You will ensure accounts are set up appropriately, and distributions are completed accurately, in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • You will utilize your interpersonal skills to meet business development and retention goals by developing new business through relationships with business partners, existing clients, and centers of influence.
  • You will work closely with Portfolio Managers, Specialty Asset Managers, and Internal Auditors.
  • You will leverage your customer service skills to go above and beyond to provide an exceptional client experience.
  • You will use your years of experience to mentor junior Trust Officers

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related and professional certification or post-graduate degree and ­­15+ years of directly related experience in ­­­­­­­­­­­­trust.
