Job Description

The Accelerated Career Coordinator performs a full range of advanced administrative support through direct interaction with the Accelerated Career Track team, employees within the program, internal partners, and external vendors. The coordinator role is responsible for assisting in overseeing the successful completion of ACT projects and events. The role will include oversight of daily administrative duties to include, performing specialized tasks, coordinating events, supporting the ACT management team, and establishing relationships with vendors and internal employees. Additional assigned tasks are generally multipart and diverse in nature requiring structure, creativity comprehensive experience, and efficiency with Microsoft Suite. This position operates in a fast-paced environment that is constantly flexing, and adaptability is vital to the program’s success. It is imperative to facilitate considerable coordination and follow-through; maintain relationships with internal partners while executing superior customer service; and set priorities and procedures for accomplishing work assignments, all complying with strict deadlines.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will aid in the planning and coordinating of event logistics including orientations, summit calls, market visits, Battle of the Interns, on-campus event registration, interview days, in-office interviews, and job fair events.
  • You will work on several special projects in the Accelerated Career Track space to ensure the effective delivery of onboarding and employee maintenance, including managing access requests.
  • You will create jobs in SuccessFactors and post jobs on Handshake/hire systems.
  • You will execute the ACE program material distribution monthly.
  • You will manage the recruitment experience survey, and the ACT Bio Book through Articulate.
  • You will manage PowerPoint and recruiting materials for the program.
  • You will monitor and ensure that the second part of applications are complete, and push applicants through onboarding. You will also act as communication liaison for the department.
  • You will partner with ACT management and marketing to create and manage content used for talent attraction, social media, and internal communication channels.
  • You will manage the Associate Teams channel for Question of the Week.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate’s Degree in Business or Marketing and 1 to 3 years of experience including 1 year in Human Resources, or previous experience in banking.
