About the Role:

Without the expertise of our Business Analysts, we would not be able to deliver superior services and products to our customers.  This role offers an opportunity to build upon your existing skill set and learn new applications. You will be part of a highly-talented team of IT professionals that supports some of the most critical applications at the bank.  You will also develop relationships with IT professionals across the bank and partner closely with the line of business.

We are in a growth mode of our products and services, with a focus on our long-term technology roadmap.  We will provide the objectives, and you will work with your manager to develop a plan on how to get there. Long term, IT offers multiple career paths. You have the ability to become an expert in your space or develop a diverse background supporting various areas across the bank. The decision is yours.

How You’ll Spend Your Time:

                     You will focus on day to day operations and take on smaller projects over time to grow in your role.

                     You will use your exceptional data analysis and problem solving skills to support several critical applications.

                     You will utilize your vast knowledge of troubleshooting to take on incidents and issues in our digital properties.

                     You will apply your business acumen to help facilitate meetings and provide solutions for moderately complex projects.

                     You will leverage your attention to detail to write functional business requirements, implementation plans, and procedures.

                     As you continue to grow and develop, you will take part in testing, implementing, and assisting in Disaster Recovery efforts.

 

We Would Like to Talk to You if You Have These Hard & Soft Skills:    

·         ATTENTION TO DETAIL:  You must be thorough and accurate in data analysis and solicitation of requirements to provide the best information.

·         TECHNICAL SKILLS:  Your experience with complex SQL queries will help set you up for success, and your ability to troubleshoot and create detailed documentation is a plus.

·         COLLABORATIVE: You enjoy working in teams and across departments to achieve common goals.

·         RESULTS ORIENTED:  You show initiative as you focus on the desired deliverables, while meeting and exceeding your goals.

·         PROBLEM SOLVER:  You are able to track and solve complex problems in a variety of situations and function effectively in rapidly changing or uncertain conditions.

·         COMMUNICATION:  You must be an effective communicator, and use those skills to translate business requirements into tangible development tasks

·         DESIRE TO LEARN:  Grow your capabilities by actively participating in opportunities to expand your knowledge, influence others, and develop your interpersonal skills.
