About the Role

You will be a senior member of the IT Wealth projects team delivering new capabilities and solutions for the Wealth Management division.  These new features will have a huge impact on our day to day business for both internal partners and external customers. You will get to develop relationships with IT professionals across the bank as well as partner closely with the line of business.

This is an exciting time as we are growing in products and services and our long term technology roadmap.  Without the technical expertise of our Business Analysts, we would not be able to deliver superior services and products to our customers.

What You Can Expect

We will provide the objectives, and you will work with your manager to develop a plan on how to get there. This role offers an opportunity to build upon your existing skillset and learn business processes and technology that support our Wealth Management clients. You will work alongside our internal development, QA and Operations teams to document current business processes and build new requirements and test cases to lift these processes into modern applications that interface with the new trust accounting system.  Day-to-day tasks will include requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, configuration and partnering with enterprise teams to build, test and implement the new environments.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will leverage your Business Analyst skill set to build business acumen and expand your technical skillset to include Wealth Platform tools including  applications that help the business drive new solutions for their portfolio of work, replacing internally developed .NET applications with SQL backend with new, updated applications that will interface with the new systems.
  • You will partner directly with Operations teams and Line of Business owners to provide in-depth analysis on business need, identifying system and process change requirements
  • You will work within the internal development workstreams to build and refine requirements and coordinate test case creation for Operations teams to use on the BOKF hosted web stack.
  • You will utilize your business expertise to help facilitate meetings and collaborate across the line of business, dev/ops team members, consulting partners, and internal IT groups to work toward optimal solutions
  • You will use your exceptional data analysis, problem-solving skills, and creativity to move solutions forward and provide application support through the project lifecycle.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL:  You must be thorough and accurate in your data analysis and solicitation of requirements to provide the best information

TECHNICAL SKILLS: Experience with complex SQL queries will help set you up for success in this role and your ability to troubleshoot and create detailed documentation will make you stand out

COLLABORATIVE: You must enjoy working in teams and across departments to achieve common goals

RESULTS ORIENTED:   You show initiative as you focus on the desired deliverables, while meeting and exceeding your goals.

PROBLEM SOLVER:  You are able to track and solve complex problems in a variety of situations and function effectively in rapidly changing or uncertain conditions.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Management IS or Computer science or 5-7 directly related years of experience in bank operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.
