About the Role:

You will be part of a new team positioned to deliver a strategic and transformative nCino software, based on the Salesforce Platform, for the Commercial bank.  The new solution will have a huge impact on our day to day business and external customers. You will get to develop relationships with IT professionals across the bank as well as partner closely with the line of business.

This is an exciting time as we are growing in products and services and our long term technology roadmap.  Without the technical expertise of our Business Analysts, we would not be able to deliver superior services and products to our customers.


What You Can Expect:

We will provide the objectives, and you will work with your manager to develop a plan on how to get there. This role offers an opportunity to build upon your existing skillset and learn nCino, the Salesforce Platform, and business processes that support loan origination for the Commercial bank. For the first several months, you will work in an agile team alongside our implementation partner to learn, build, and test the solution. Day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting, fit/gap analysis, configuration, light development, and partnering with integration teams for inbound/outbound dataflow.  Once the project goes live, you will provide critical application support and deliver on-going roadmap items, or work on a subsequent large project release.

Long term, you have multiple paths. You will have the ability to become an expert in your space or develop a diverse background supporting various areas across the bank; the decision is yours.


Team Culture:

Designing and building the Commercial Bank’s Loan Origination system is a transformational and strategic investment for BOKF, with Executive sponsorship.  This investment will transform the way we do business by creating efficiencies across the entire lending process and thoughtfully capturing data for use in making better credit and marketing decisions. 

BOKF has selected nCino’s cloud-based software, built off the Salesforce CRM platform, for its Loan Origination system.  This is an opportunity to work with a world-class, cloud-based software platform, and see a full lifecycle from project to on-going support.

How You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • You will leverage your Business Analyst skill set to build business acumen as it relates to Commercial banking, and expand your technical skillset to include nCino/Salesforce configuration and development (Apex, Visualforce, etc.)
  • You will partner directly with Line of Business owners to provide in-depth analysis on business need, identifying system and process change requirements
  • You will work in an agile team setting, to design, build, test, and implement standard configuration, custom objects, and integrations for the Commercial Bank’s technology roadmap
  • You will utilize your business expertise to help facilitate meetings and collaborate across the line of business, dev/ops team members, consulting partners, and internal IT groups to work toward optimal solutions
  • You will use your exceptional data analysis, problem-solving skills, and creativity to move solutions forward and provide application support to keep revenue-generating Commercial Bank division operations running smooth

  • You must be thorough, accurate and swift in your analysis
  • Your ability to perform root cause analysis, problem solve, and develop action plans for resolution will make you stand out



  • 10+ years’ experience in roles such as IT Business Analyst, Technical Support or System Administration in a business-user facing software package
  • 2+ years’ experience scripting or developing with an object-oriented language, or equivalent
  • Experience conducting fit-gap analysis between a software package and business requirements
  • Experience with structured change management processes utilizing Change Sets, VS Code/Eclipse, Source Control, or other relevant change management tools
  • Knowledge of integration and API concepts as it relates to inbound and outbound data flow

  • Ability to tailor communication to both technical and non-technical audiences
