Job Description

 

The Real Estate Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for researching, collecting, and leading the financial analysis and reporting efforts for all corporate real estate strategies and projects, including the development of key measures and utilization of various data sources, financial models, forecasts, and reports. This role will influence the design and implementation of many key projects aimed at growing revenue and capturing operational efficiencies at BOKF.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related degree and 3+ years work related experience, or 5+ years work related experience.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial and managerial accounting as well as finance principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting methodologies employed in financial institutions, including management’s application of business information in decision making processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of profitability analysis concepts and application, including those related to funds transfer pricing and cost accounting.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues with existing datasets.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC-based applications (databases, spreadsheets, word processors, utilities, operating systems) including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint as well as working knowledge of SQL and PowerBI.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and the Division, as well as ability to present complex information and issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven success in data mining, modeling, validation, and insight generation.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities to ultimately drive projects to a successful completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and collaborate at a high level.
  • Strong aptitude to collect and analyze information with the ability to communicate solutions to various audiences throughout the organization.
  • Self-motivated, highly detailed-oriented, disciplined, and task focused.
