$58,416 - $85,140

About the Role

Driving business results through our digital brand is the number one priority. Working on numerous assignments across a broad range of marketing material, including landing pages, email templates, and social media ads, you'll bring strategic ideas to improve our customer experience and drive engagement.

What You Can Expect

Utilizing our corporate design system and brand guidelines, you will design, produce and manage digital marketing media. Project management experience will be necessary as you execute and guide projects from conception to roll out, ensuring appropriate design strategy. You'll execute for the highest value returns on behalf of our marketing goals.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Collaborating with the digital solutions group and marketing managers, you will ensure that all designs align with the brand and marketing objectives while meeting usability and website standards.
  • You'll influence and guide the digital marketing strategy through the visual experience and digital brand.
  • You'll transform concepts into inituitive high-performing digital marketing materials.
  • You'll stay up-to-date with recent design methodologies, trends, and techniques. Recommend and research new best practices to evolve the creative strategy and brand continuously.
  • You'll provide advice and guidance on aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events
  • You'll inspire internal and client teams alike with your understanding of real-world problems and your passion for finding tasteful, thoughtful, and compelling design solutions.
  • You'll present design ideas, concepts, and prototypes with marketing managers, collaborating to achieve project goals.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years’ experience digital design or related field (ux, ui, web design, visual design, graphic design, etc.); or 10+ years of equivalent work-related experience.
