About the Role

The Digital Experience Designer is responsible for creatively designing digital experiences that drive business results through the products and platforms of the BOKF digital brand.  A proven track record of designing high performing digital experiences and a demonstrated passion for digital design and user experience is critical for this role

What You Can Expect

The Digital Experience Designer works on numerous assignments across a broad range of digital experiences on behalf of all business partners. Reporting to the Digital Experience Team Lead, this position will bring thoughtful, strategic ideas to improve our customers’ digital experiences and drive engagement through product and platform adoption.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will design, produce, and manage digital experiences, including web pages, mobile apps, using enterprise digital design system and brand guidelines.
  • You will execute and guide projects through from inception through development to launch ensuring appropriate experience digital design is applied and executed for highest value returns in service to business goals.
  • You will collaborate with business partners and the Digital Solutions Group’s Scrum Teams to ensure that all digital designs and experiences align with the business objectives through the lens of the BOKF brand.
  • You will Influence and guide the digital experience design strategy for all digital channels.
  • You will ensure consistency in designs and experiences across all company platforms through the thoughtful use and governance of a codified enterprise digital design language.
  • You will transform concepts into intuitive high-performing digital experiences through Design Thinking.
  • You will provide advice and guidance on human-centered design principles.

TECH SAVVY: You'll use your strong knowledge of best-in-class tools (Sketch, Abstract, Adobe design suite), strategies, and technology know-how (html, CSS, JS) to impact our brand awareness and consistency in a creative way.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years’ experience digital design or related field (ux, ui, web design, visual design, graphic design, etc.); or 10+ years of equivalent work-related experience.
