About the Role

You'll provide advanced support to managers, your team, and other internal and external customers by handling various tasks to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. You'll deliver real-time coordination and support for your team.

What You Can Expect

You'll wear many hats as the Executive Assistant, from providing elevated office support to executive management to participating in special projects. Efficiency, accuracy, and self-motivation are critical in this role. You'll be the go-to person that keeps your team running in tip-top shape!

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will coordinate and maintain Executive Leader's calendars. This includes scheduling and rescheduling meetings and appointments as necessary to ensure that high-priority objectives are accomplished seamlessly.
  • You will provide administrative support for the Infrastructure & Operations Senior Leadership Team.
  • You will prepare for monthly meetings and provide necessary materials and accommodations.
  • You will create and maintain information in spreadsheets and database programs using the most complex features of various software programs.
  • You'll communicate as guided to internal and external customers by answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • You will answer telephone calls and assist with financial tracking of invoices.

TECH SAVVY: Your computer skills will be put to the test by accessing multiple systems and learning our processes and procedures.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree in Business related field and 3-5 years executive level administrative experience or 6 - 8 years equivalent work experience.
