About the Role

This is a new and unique role within BOK Financial. It’s an opportunity to build something from the ground up and make an immense impact on our clients and their futures.  You will lead and grow a Family Office Services team within the Bank that will provide support, consultation, oversight, growth and strategy in the Family Office space to our Private Wealth clients. You will be responsible for guiding our Family Office clients and advising them through the journey of what family stewardship means and how they can achieve the best for their missions. You will empower through education and inspire with future focused messaging.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will build and lead a team that will work closely with BOK’s Wealth team members and leadership teams, throughout the markets we serve, to identify potential clients and work to uncover needs within their client base that would benefit from Family Office Services.
  • You will develop, implement and manage a team responsible for coordinating administrative needs of the largest account relationships within Private Wealth with complex needs such as trusts, partnership structures, corporate and charitable entities.
  • You will direct and manage a team to determine priorities, deliverables, goals, prospects, proposals and more, while aligning with internal bank partners, on Family Office Services needs
  • You will develop and solicit opportunities for our Family Office Services team, as well as other areas of the bank, through enhancement of BOK Financial’s image and offerings to our clients and the communities we serve.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree and 8-10 years in family office services or financial planning/services or equivalent work related experience of 16-18 years.
