Job Description

Responsible for planning and managing all activities within the Digital Platform Operations Team.  This includes site reliability (SRE) and DevSecOps engineering, deployment planning, production support, and continuous improvement activities. Serve as the nexus point between our Digital Application, Infrastructure / Cloud, and Cyber-Security teams.

How You'll Spend Your Time

•    You will collaborate with your Infrastructure / Cloud, Cyber-Security, and Application Team partners to ensure effective operations of and continuous improvement to our digital ecosystem including mobile apps, websites, and APIs. 
•    You will work with members of your team to establish and deliver against goals at the team and individual level.
•    You will drive advancement to our DevSecOps and cloud maturity at a team level, and serve as a key stakeholder / thought leader on advancement enterprise wide. 
•    You will review operational effectiveness KPIs and drive appropriate responses to attain higher levels of performance.
•    You will apply your business and technical acumen to help facilitate meetings and provide solutions to ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
•    You will be a unit representative in mergers and acquisitions and operational conversations, serve on committees relative to technology, products, and equipment, and participate in studies and reviews of proposals and designs of new products. 

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Management, or related field and 7-10 years of directly related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
