Job Description

Help lead the Internal Web Engineering team, which creates and maintains websites and Web APIs used by BOKF employees and internal IT partners.  Applications span BOKF business lines, including Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Treasury, Securities, and Corporate Support. These web applications are responsible for well over one trillion dollars in monetary transfers annually, debit card issuance, post-trade processing support, account & customer management, financial fraud controls, cash management, and other financial services objectives. 

Responsible for planning and managing the development work of an engineering team.  Serve as a mentor leader who can dive in and assist your direct reports when roadblocks or technical issues arise.  Work across business lines and departments in the organization to ensure proper alignment with enterprise roadmaps and goals.  Prioritize demands for development resources from various business lines throughout the bank to allow your developers to remain heads-down and focused on delivering value to the bank. 
Be an application security champion for your area, constantly working to improve our security footprint, best practices, and DevSecOps culture.

Technical tools include Angular & AngularJS, C# ASP.NET, .NET 6+, .NET Framework, RESTful APIs, Okta, MS SQL Server databases, Atlassian Jira & Confluence, and Azure DevOps.   Your guidance and knowledge are critical in enabling your team as they implement new technologies, patterns, and practices.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management or a related field and 7-10 years of directly related professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in financial services, banking, private wealth management, or e-commerce is a strong plus.

Prior leadership or management experience is required.
