About the Role

Without the expertise and dedication of our IT Team Managers, we would not be able to deliver superior services and products to our customers.  This role offers an opportunity to leverage your existing skillset and become grounded in disciplined management practices and the BOKF culture. You will oversee a team of highly-talented IT professionals that support some of the most critical applications at the bank.  You will also develop relationships with IT professionals across the bank and partner closely with the business line.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
•        You will utilize your knowledge to provide a hands-on problem-solving approach with the team pertaining to support, maintenance, and major projects related to critical applications. 
•        You will leverage your leadership knowledge to bring the team together to accomplish goals, develop them as professionals and organize and delegate work assignments and priorities. 
•        You will utilize your communication skills to provide clear direction and feedback with the team along with providing thought leadership to the lines of business.  
•        You will apply your business acumen to help facilitate meetings and provide solutions to ensure the successful execution of projects.
•        You will develop and maintain respectable relationships with internal business partners.

ORGANIZATION:  In our fast paced environment, you will need to be efficient to handle multiple requests, and prioritize your work.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:   Because you are a leader of technical talent, it is vital to be tech-savvy. You will need to understand the systems you support and how they interact in the ecosystem.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDER:  You must be able to relate to any audience and build trust by leveraging strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity.

RESULTS ORIENTED:   You must demonstrate initiative as you focus on the desired deliverables, while meeting and exceeding your goals.

PROBLEM SOLVER:  You are able to track and solve complex problems in a variety of situations and function effectively in rapidly changing or uncertain conditions.
