Base Salary Range: $120,938 - $147,813

The Manager, Treasury Product Management develops, implements, prices and manages the delivery of a group of commercial and small business products and services used by all BOKF banks to enhance the Corporation’s profitability; designs, implements, and manages products to increase revenue and expand customer relationships (Same responsibilities as the Sr. Product Manager role). Team Leader also provides thought leadership and represents the bank at industry conferences, participates in industry forums and on industry panels or organizations, and participates in customer calls as needed; responsible for guiding. directing and ensuring timely and effective execution of projects and work priorities, revenue management and strategic growth strategies/direction and new product development initiatives for a team of Senior Product Managers and Product Manager I in performing the same responsibilities; ensuring product cross-training across product managers; Vendor Management Role responsibilities. The position is responsible for ensuring their team members are performing the tasks of their jobs timely and accurately as well as assisting in setting project and workload priorities. Is also responsible for analyzing research data and develop new commercial/international product offerings. Respective Treasury/International products generate in excess of $63 million annually.


  1. Provides day to day guidance, direction and point of reference to team members in addition to ensuring their teams have a market focus and are solutions-driven; Ensures team members receive cross training on products within their team for expanded product knowledge and back-up; Leads the team in establishing and executing strategic growth strategies for mutually agreed upon products. Performs Vendor Management Role responsibilities for their Team’s products. Executes same responsibilities as Sr. Product Management on their own products which includes managing product lines, including product pricing and fee structure to generate increased business volumes and maximize earnings; product enhancements, development strategies and initiatives, product lifecycle, end-client needs.
  2. Evaluates, understands market and competitor offerings and product nuances while enhancing current products to ensure that BOKF remains competitive in all markets within the BOKF footprint; identifies opportunities for new Treasury/International product development and performs development strategies/business cases to prioritize and move forward on appropriate new product development; analyzes product metrics to ensure products remain profitable, including internal customer trends to maximize business potential. Maximizes revenue opportunities. Extensive contract negotiation.






  • Advanced knowledge of marketing principles including product management, development and positioning
  • Extensive knowledge of small to large corporate business cash management products and services in area of responsibility
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills to effectively manage projects in a fast-paced, high volume and deadline intensive environment
  • Extensive analytical and organizational skills including database analysis, spreadsheet analysis, advertising and research
  • Extensive interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills as well as leadership ability, managerial skills and team building skills
  • Extensive knowledge of bank operations and systems

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and a minimum of 15 years in product management; or 21+ years equivalent work experience. Masters degree is preferred.
