Job Description

Are you passionate about driving strategic change and delivering impactful results? Join BOK Financial as a Senior Business Initiative Consultant within our Fraud Risk Management Team and play a key role in leading cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute innovative programs that move our business forward. In this highly collaborative position, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to shape overall strategy, manage organizational change, and enhance operational efficiency. You will coordinate projects ranging from finance and operational reviews to process improvements and change management initiatives, always ensuring alignment with our business objectives. As a trusted advisor and project leader, you’ll work with stakeholders at all levels to drive successful integration and execution of key initiatives, develop metrics to measure program performance, and navigate competing priorities to deliver value. Your expertise will be essential throughout the project lifecycle—from business case development through implementation—while ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will develop and manage strategic projects to enhance business performance from inception to implementation.
  • You will partner with peers to prioritize projects and allocate resources for maximum business impact.
  • You will identify opportunities for improved business processes and design solutions to reduce inefficiencies and risks.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services, and initiatives.
  • You will integrate and implement programs with cross-functional partners, adjusting for competing priorities and strategies.
  • You will review current processes to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and track performance metrics.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a ­­­­­bachelor’s degree in business finance/ management/accounting or related field of study and ­­8-10 years of directly related experience of ­­­­­­­­­­­­­ Finance/Management/ Project Management and Implementation or Strategic Planning and/or 12+ years of experience in or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a highly valued, trusted advisor
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver large, complex projects
  • Advanced knowledge of applications systems, products, operations and delivery systems
  •   Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and expertise
  • Ability to negotiate compromise and develop consensus
  • Expert/advanced consulting experience with multiple levels of management, including senior and ELT level
  • Innovative thinker with ability to work independently with high attention to detail
  • Advanced experience working within multiple projects or initiatives
  • Demonstrated superior time management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of line of business goals and objectives
  • Expert/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Diagnose and remediate problems
  • Strong facilitation and group leadership skills, including excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong project management skills
  • Extensive track record of successfully identifying department needs and providing successful solutions through partnership with business leaders, including financial acumen
  • Proven track record of leading change initiatives
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
