The Senior Operations Analyst position is primarily responsible for the overall establishment and success of Process Management, Project Management, and Business and Automation service catalogs, as well as metrics creation, reporting, and analysis for all of the aforementioned areas. The position will work with process owners and unit managers to identify and analyze resolve business process problems and opportunities, create and implement enabling improvements across the enterprise, and ensure all processes are driving toward common standards, appropriate compliance levels, and supporting the overall business strategies of the BOKF Wealth Management Division. The position will also be responsible for the documented justification, success metric, preparation, and submission of all project proposals sponsored by any of the areas within Wealth Management Services, ensuring the limited resources available from external departments such as IT and Process Engineering are being utilized effectively and efficiently toward the overall business strategies of the BOKF Wealth Management Division. The position will serve as a primary escalation point of high impact issues requiring urgent and immediate resolution.

  1. Leads the establishment and participation in process development, measurement, improvement, modeling, change management, and documentation through all levels of the Wealth Management organization, including but not limited to Back-Office, Middle-Office, Front-Office, Investments, Third Party Partners and Customers. Ensures the current state of end to end processing is always known and documented, actively looks for continuous improvement opportunities within and across functional areas. Consults with various levels of management throughout the division in developing end to end effective and efficient processes around new products and systems. Analyzes the affect on existing processes and makes recommendations that ensure the stability of the organization through the introduction of new elements into the environment.
  2. Serves as an expert level consulting resource for capabilities and functionality of primary processing applications, including internally developed, vendor resident, and service provided models; ensures new services and product offerings are designed in a manner consistent with most efficient use of application capabilities and controls; offers specialized expertise enabling managers, sales and relationship officers to effectively manage their respective client expectations and profitability; participates extensively in business development efforts, product presentations, and demonstrations; supports specialists in development of detailed action plans, approves timelines prior to communication to clients.

  • Extensive knowledge of process management methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI or Prince 2
  • Extensive knowledge of trust fiduciary and retirement laws and regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of trust accounting, investment, and recordkeeping system functionalities
  • Advanced knowledge of risk control
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting and reconciliation principles

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and 8-10 years experience in securities or 14-16 years related work experience. Six Sigma or Lean Certification or Project Management Certification preferred.
