About the Role:

Without the expertise of our Technical Business Analysts, we would not be able to deliver superior services and products to our customers.  This role offers an excellent opportunity to build upon your existing skill set and learn new applications. You will be part of a highly-talented team of IT professionals that supports some of the most critical applications at the bank.  You will also develop relationships with IT professionals across the bank and partner closely with the line of business.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

•    You will use your exceptional analysis and problem solving skills in support of several critical applications.

•    You will utilize your vast knowledge of troubleshooting to take on incidents and on call rotations.

•    You will apply your business acumen to help facilitate meetings and provide solutions for moderately complex problems. 

•    You will leverage your attention to detail to create reports from database repositories, create/modify automation workflow processes, and update applications with efficient error handling processes.  Perform production deployments.

•    You will be responsible for complex systems process analysis, design, simulation, testing, implementation, application configuration, and deployments.


We’d Like to Talk to You if You Have These Hard & Soft Skills:

  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL:  You must be thorough and accurate in your analysis and solicitation of requirements to provide the best solutions.
  • TECHNICAL SKILLS:  Your experience with complex SQL queries, ability to troubleshoot and create detailed documentation will help set you up for success. Development experience, specifically C#, Java, and JavaScript. 
  • COLLABORATIVE: You enjoy working on teams and across departments to achieve common goals.
  • RESULTS ORIENTED:   You show initiative as you focus on the desired deliverables, while meeting and exceeding your goals.
  • PROBLEM SOLVER:  You are able to track and solve complex problems in a variety of situations and function effectively in rapidly changing or uncertain conditions.
