Job Description

The Treasury Product Manager II - API will assist the bank’s efforts to stand up and grow a universal API Gateway by contributing the Treasury Organizations requirements and coordinating the client-facing components of that API gateway.  Including the needs around billing tracking, sandbox enablement and prioritizing the capabilities our clients need the most. 

 In addition, BOKF’s file transfer capability is also undergoing a significant upgrade that this person will play an important role in ensuring the upgrade happens smoothly for Treasury clients while also looking at the needs of our clients around the intersection of API enablement and File Transfer capabilities.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Documenting and supporting security and business continuity requirements.
  • Outlining Developer requirements for productization- This includes "the developer" at the customer's organization.
  • Support the needs of the client to solve for their use case and ensure the resources exist to support "the developer" who we be as responsible for contributing to the successful delivery.
    • Test/Sandbox
    • API technical specifications & documentations that will have to be developed and maintained in a library
    • Help establish and manage releases/updates that will be required to Prod and various other environments
    • Contribute on establishment of API standards we will follow and support.
    • Requirements to be able to scale solution
  • Pricing and Revenue Development and tracking
  • Work with Sales/Implementations/Service as a technical sales, implementations and service resource

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study and 5-6 years related experience in product management¬¬ and/or 10+ years of equivalent work experience in related field.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principals including product management development and positioning, and competitor analysis, pricing, and costing methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of small business through large corporate business products and services in area of responsibility.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to perform a variety of financial, market and operational studies, including database and spreadsheet analysis, advertising, and market research.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent PC application skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong knowledge of bank operations, systems, and commercial products and services.
  • Well-developed experience in working with vendors, legal and contracts teams.
